Active SLA Monitoring: Real User Monitoring (RUM)

Our solution utilizes Real User Monitoring (RUM) with a lightweight QoSAgent installed on the user’s connected device—be it a modem, smartphone, connected car, or industrial robot. This enables continuous, real-time network quality assessments from the user’s point of view, rather than relying on network node data, which is typical in traditional methods.

Intelligent Analysis and Anomaly Detection

The LatenceTech Analyzer performs real-time analysis of these KPIs, detecting anomalies, trends, and alerting you when performance thresholds are breached. Using statistical analysis and machine learning, the solution predicts quality and latency issues minutes before they occur, allowing potential corrective action. This foresight is often enough for network adjustments or for connected devices, such as autonomous vehicles, to adapt safely.

SLA Diagnostics & Recommendations (beta)

The LatenceTech Analyzer leverages Generative AI technology to provide real-time diagnostics of monitored connectivity in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). It generates a comprehensive list of suggestions and recommendations for optimization or resolution of identified issues. This feature is currently in beta release and is continually being improved.

Near Real-Time Latency Measurements

The LatenceTech QoSAgent transmits small measurement packets using multiple network and IP protocols, assessing real-time network quality. These assessments can be aggregated into key performance indicators (KPIs) that support SLA monitoring. For internal use, our solution can monitor service level objectives (SLOs), making it ideal for use in various industrial and enterprise environments.

Real-Time SLA Visualization

Key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the SLA can be visualized in near real-time by the SLA custodian or network operations staff. Additionally, a user-friendly dashboard can be provided for end-users or customers, accessible via a web page or mobile application. Any KPIs calculated and available in our platform can be obtained via real-time open Restful APIs for easy integration with your existing system.
